Divide the class into groups of three (so they can have access to a computer each) after being introduced to various environmental issues. Then ask them to imagine they are going to be interviewed by an audience on Question Time. (They are to take the role of the environment minister.) Spend about 50 minutes researching the topic ready for any questions posed. The students should pose their own questions and find out answers using the Internet.
