Where In The World? Geography Place Tutorials and Games - I am biased as this is my own site, but it works well and is receiving up to 100 hits a day after 2 weeks. |

Worldwide Earthquake Locator - Constantly updated, this is the best way to get up-to-the-minute data on recent earthquakes. This site also generates topical and successful lesson plans every day as Latitude and Longitude is given for each earthquake, producing a pattern of earthquake occurrence to test against any hypothesis students may come up with. There are also superbly up-to-date maps (from the USGS of course). |
