Went missing from kennel in garden between 4-10 pm. Unknown to owner, there was a local firework display which could have spooked her and she may have run off in panic.

18th October she was taken by a man [details known] who put her on his *open flat bed truck* and drove away with her. The man claims that she jumped out at a major roundabout in Colchester centre yet no motorists reported her. He claims she ran to a building site however all workmen who were there said they saw no dog then nor since.

Smooth coated. White with black. Black ears and black spot at top of tail - looks a bit like the HMV dog but bigger. Slight feathering on tail. Height - app. 18-20 ins. 4 - 5 years old. Wearing a collar + ID tags
Dog was left in the house whilst the owners went out during the evening. When they got back, the back door was open and the dog had gone. This was around firework time and she's very nervous of fireworks, so it's possible she could have escaped on her own (to look for her owners).

Sandy coloured. Short coat. Three white paws and one brown. Brown nose with white markings. Brown eyes with alert expression, very shy and nervous. Approximately24 inchches to shoulder. Small floppy ears. Quite muscular. 17 months old. Was wearing a colour when she escaped but might have lost it. Microchipped.
The dog has a very nervous disposition and has been seen in the area on many occasions. However at the sight of someone she will run for miles, she is so timid.

Smooth coated. Black. Flecks of brown in coat. White blaze on chest. Some recent scarring. Height- 24 ins. 16 months old.
House was broken into - SOCO investigating - other dogs were left behind, including ones in outside runs. The bitch has only been with the owner for 3 days. This owner was also targetted last year with LS(O)D 1345/6/7 being taken.
Stolen between 11.30 am - 3pm from indoor kennel in house Bingham, Notts on 25/2/04.

Another Lurcher was stolen at the same time and reappeared on his own 5 days later. The thieves missed another JRT pup which was kennelled with the stolen one (maybe because she was dark tan and they did not see her). Other dogs which were loose were not taken. Tack was stolen at the same time.
Stolen on Xmas Eve from kennels at yard Stow-on-the-Wold, Glos on 24/12/03 along with LSD 1717(Lurcher dog) and LSOB 1718/9 (JRT bitches).

A man walking a GSD and wearing a red hooded coat was seen close to this dog whose owner was on horseback. She turned around - her dog, the man and the GSD had disappeared.

Jack Russell x Whippet - bitch (neutered)

Light tan/fawn. Flat coat.Jack Russell size but looks like a Whippet. Could be mistaken for a puppy. Very lively and full of fun .Small. 2 years old. Microchipped.
She was a rescue dog from blue cross Bubb Lane, West End, Southampton. They found her roaming the streets of Eastleigh, Hampshire
