All web sites moved to somewhere else
The Pavilion/Easynet merger frankly just doesn't cut
it anymore, from the ludicrous way we have to submit our pages (what exactly
is a Web Robot and why can't we use FTP?) - to the technical support performance,
which varies wildly and only works properly when contact is made with someone
who understands how Pavilion used to work. Easynet have no idea.
We no longer get online trouble ticket tracking - it was useful and saved
time for the support people
The support newsgroup on Pavilion isn't used
I get no rational answer as to why spam can't be controlled on Pavilion Mail
Servers
I get no answer at all when I ask the question 'what form of Anti Virus checking
do you perform on your mail servers?'
A flat file structure had to be maintained on the web
sites, which made for appallingly difficult organisation of files
I've been with Pavilion a long time but after this year's subscription runs
out, no more.
If anyone at Pavilion/Easynet who cares reads this, forward it to your marketing
folks.
So long and thanks for all the fish!
